Sponsorships,
without the trust fall.
Payd AI locks sponsorship funds in escrow, verifies delivery automatically, and releases payment on X Layer.
Funds held in an escrow contract on X Layer. Released only on verified delivery.
Sponsorship deals live in the DMs.
Creators deliver and hope the money arrives. Brands pay upfront and hope the post goes live. Whoever moves first carries all the risk — and neither side has anything to enforce.
Five steps. No handshake required.
Step 1: Brand funds escrow
The sponsor creates a campaign and deposits the full amount into an escrow contract before any work starts.
Step 2: Terms get locked
Account, deadline, required tags and links are written into the agreement. Both sides see identical terms.
Step 3: Creator publishes
The creator posts on their own account, on their own schedule, any time before the deadline.
Step 4: Payd AI verifies
Automated checks confirm the post exists, landed in time, came from the right account, and carries the required tags and links.
Step 5: Escrow releases
The contract pays out automatically. No invoice, no follow-up, no chasing.
One agreement. Two kinds of relief.
For creators
The money is already there
Funds are locked before you write a word. You can see the balance in escrow before agreeing to anything.
No invoicing, no chasing
Payment releases the moment your post clears verification. Nothing to send, nobody to remind.
Judged on delivery, not taste
Verification checks objective facts about your post. No one gets to withhold payment because they'd have edited it differently.
For brands
Never pay into silence
Your deposit stays locked in the contract until the post is verified live. If it never ships, it never pays out.
Proof, not screenshots
Delivery is confirmed against the live post — right account, before deadline, required tags and links present.
Terms neither side can quietly edit
The agreement is written to the contract up front. Requirements can't drift after the deal is struck.

The five steps above, from the perspective that matters to you. Pick a side and step through the deal — every stage, in order.
The money isn't held by us.
Deposits sit in an escrow smart contract on X Layer. Once a campaign starts, neither the brand, the creator, nor Payd AI can unilaterally move the funds — the contract releases them only when the agreed conditions are met.

Locked on deposit
Funds leave the brand's wallet and enter the contract before work begins.
Verified objectively
Payd AI checks facts about the post, not opinions about the content.
Released by the contract
Payout is executed on-chain by the agreed rules, not by a person deciding.
Before you sign up.
What if the creator never delivers?
Nothing is released. The escrow holds the deposit until verification passes, and if the deadline lapses without a qualifying post, the funds return to the brand.
What if I disagree with the AI's verification?
Verification only checks objective facts — whether a post exists, when it went up, which account published it, and whether the required tags and links are present. Every check is shown with the evidence behind it, so a disputed result points at a specific failed condition rather than a judgement call.
Does the AI judge whether my content is good?
No, and it never will. Quality, tone and creative direction are between the brand and the creator. Payd AI only confirms the agreed, measurable requirements were met.
Which chains and wallets are supported?
Payd AI runs on X Layer. Deals settle on either X Layer testnet or mainnet — pick yours with the network switch in the app — and work with standard EVM wallets.
What does it cost?
Pricing isn't finalised. The intent is a small fee on successful release, so nobody pays for a deal that never completes.
Which platforms can I run campaigns on?
X (Twitter) at launch. The same verification model extends to other platforms that expose public post metadata, and that's the direction after the initial release.
